As the lead product designer for Tendiv, I was responsible for building a mobile platform that connects caregivers with individuals seeking personalized, compassionate support. The MVP focused on non-clinical caregivers, with a roadmap to expand into the more complex world of licensed nurses.

From user research and competitive analysis to wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity prototypes, I designed the experience from the ground updelivering intuitive tools for onboarding, profile creation, job discovery, and
communication, while planning for stricter nurse compliance workflows in future releases.

The caregiver flow introduced tiered onboarding, allowing non-clinical providers and licensed nurses to complete role-specific steps, including credential verification, training uploads, and availability setup.

Interactive prototypes were tested with both user groups. Clients responded positively to the intuitive request process but needed clearer pricing and service descriptions. Caregivers and nurses flagged friction in multi-step onboarding, which was resolved through progressive disclosure, in-flow tips, and simplified credential uploads.
