As the lead product designer for Tendiv, I was responsible for building a mobile platform that connects caregivers with individuals seeking personalized, compassionate support. The MVP focused on non-clinical caregivers, with a roadmap to expand into the more complex world of licensed nurses.

From user research and competitive analysis to wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity prototypes, I designed the experience from the ground up—delivering intuitive tools for onboarding, profile creation, job discovery, and
communication, while planning for stricter nurse compliance workflows in future releases.

• Clear, tailored onboarding flows for distinct caregiver types
• Transparent vetting and credential management tools
• Seamless job matching, scheduling, and communication
• Scalable UX patterns that could adapt to stricter nursing requirements
• Human-centered design that aligned with the emotional sensitivity of caregiving work

User Personas
User Personas
Developed distinct personas for both sides of the platform: clients seeking care, and caregivers/nurses offering services. Each profile captured goals, pain points, and trust drivers—laying the foundation for a balanced, user-centered experience.

User Flows: Dual-Sided Platform
User Flows: Dual-Sided Platform
Mapped end-to-end user flows for both client and caregiver experiences. For clients, flows focused on requesting care, browsing profiles, and managing sessions. For caregivers and nurses, flows centered around onboarding, credentialing, availability setup, and job applications—designed to scale across roles with varying levels of complexity and compliance.
