I am a senior product designer dedicated to developing thoughtful systems, intuitive workflows, and scalable experiences. With over 7 years of experience, I have assisted fintech companies, health startups, retail giants, and hospitality platforms in solving real challenges, always striving to balance business objectives with a focus on user empathy.
I am a senior product designer dedicated to developing thoughtful systems, intuitive workflows, and scalable experiences. With over 7 years of experience, I have assisted fintech companies, health startups, retail giants, and hospitality platforms in solving real challenges, always striving to balance business objectives with a focus on user empathy.
Currently, I design across the product ecosystem at Western Union, focusing on agent and customer-facing platforms used in over 200,000 retail locations worldwide. Before this, I redesigned in-store systems for AutoZone, developed intuitive restaurant tools at eatOS, built a mobile caregiving platform from the ground up at Tendiv, and helped shape a responsive wellness app at Quelliv, designing flows for onboarding, booking, and engagement.

I also have an unhealthy obsession with slow cooker recipes that take 8 hours to make something I could’ve ordered in 20 minutes. I'm also probably the only person in my house who thinks Figma’s Auto Layout is relaxing.
