At Quelliv, I led product design for a digital wellness platform focused on empowering users to take control of their physical, emotional, and mental health through personalized coaching and habit-building tools.

As the Lead Product Designer, I was responsible for building the mobile-first experience from the ground up, ensuring visual clarity, emotional resonance, and cross-platform functionality across responsive web and native apps. Working with the CEO, engineering, and wellness experts, I created a cohesive visual system and seamless user experience rooted in human-centered wellness principles.

Quelliv was launching as a new player in the holistic health space—offering a unique blend of physical movement, mindset coaching, and behavior-based goal tracking. But the initial product vision lacked:

• Discovery & Alignment: Worked closely with stakeholders to define the product vision, user goals, and functional scope
• User Journey Mapping: Outlined emotional and behavioral arcs across use cases: first-time users, returning members, and coaching interactions
• Wireframes & Prototypes: Designed low- and high-fidelity screens for onboarding, dashboards, habit creation, and movement modules
• Brand-Driven UI Design: Created a calming visual system using muted color palettes, rounded geometry, and breathable layouts
• Design System Development: Built reusable components and documentation for future teams to maintain consistency and accelerate dev cycles
• Responsive Design: Ensured seamless adaptation across mobile and web breakpoints, using fluid layout patterns and gesture-friendly interactions
• Collaboration: Worked directly with engineers to optimize handoff and QA across platforms
